Returns
Food is food — we can't resell opened packs. But you're covered if anything arrives wrong:
- Damaged, crushed, or melted on arrival? Email us within 7 days with a photo — we replace or refund within 24 hours.
- Sealed and unopened? Returns accepted within 14 days. Buyer covers return shipping.
- Wrong item shipped? That's on us — we send the right one, no need to return the wrong one.
- Expired stock? Never. If it ever happens, full refund, no questions.
Exchanges
Want to swap a flavor in an unopened pack? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work it out. For variety boxes, exchanges aren't available — that's kind of the fun.
