Welcome to ExoticCrew. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and any order you place with us. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Website Use

You may use ExoticCrew for personal, non-commercial shopping. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape large amounts of data, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Order Acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cannot fulfill your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Product Availability

Many of our snacks are imported in limited quantities or are regional / limited-edition runs. We make every effort to keep stock counts accurate, but in rare cases a product may sell out between when you place the order and when we pack it. If that happens, we will contact you and offer a replacement of equal value or a refund for that item.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are inclusive of any applicable taxes calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Pricing errors are corrected as soon as we notice them — if you have already placed an order at an incorrect price, we will contact you with options (proceed at corrected price, replace, or refund) before shipping.

Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Once an order ships, transit is handled by the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, but we will help resolve any tracking or delivery issues — contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated window.

Returns & Replacements

Food products cannot be resold once opened, so we generally do not accept returns of opened items. However:

  • If your order arrives damaged, crushed, expired, or wrong — email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund.
  • Unopened, sealed items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping, billing, and contact information
  • Reading product descriptions and allergen information before ordering — many imports contain nuts, gluten, soy, or dairy
  • Keeping your account credentials secure
  • Confirming that imported snacks are legal for personal consumption in your jurisdiction

Intellectual Property

All content on ExoticCrew — including text, photography, logos, illustrations, and the Exotic Crew sticker designs — is owned by ExoticCrew or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Brand names and product photos shown for the imported snacks we resell remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExoticCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
